SIA Yoga offers a range of alignment-based classes designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re here to build strength, find stillness, or simply reconnect with your breath — our small-group classes (max 9 students) offer guidance, care, and space to grow.
Class Descriptions
All classes at SIA Yoga are alignment-based and bio-mechanically informed — designed to be safe, promote steady growth, and help you move your body in the most life-affirming way, both on and off the mat.
Our instructors fully guide each session, offering clear instruction and support throughout. We keep class sizes small and the studio temperature between 74–76°F to create a calm, welcoming space for focused practice and mindful movement.

Foundation Series
This 4-week series is offered seasonally and is designed to introduce or revisit the core principles of alignment-based yoga. With an emphasis on breath, biomechanics, and mindful movement, this class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the physical practice.

Skill Build
This all-levels class focuses on alignment and intentional progression. Each session builds toward a peak pose through thoughtful sequencing, helping you explore strength, mobility, and clarity in your physical practice. Students in Skill Build learn, grow, and connect with themselves and each other.

Skill Flow
This class offers a fluid, accessible practice suitable for all levels. Modifications are always available to support individual needs. The intention is to cultivate a sense of ease and openness in both body and mind, while maintaining mindful alignment throughout each movement.

Stronger
This class is ideal for students looking to build strength and confidence in their practice. With a strong focus on alignment and progressive sequencing, each session is designed to support physical strength, stability, and growth. Expect to have fun, feel empowered, and connect with others in a vibrant, encouraging space.

Fun Flow
This class begins with a Skill Flow foundation, then gradually opens into more dynamic, dance-like movement to spark energy and playfulness.
Designed to feel organic, uplifting, and expressive, it encourages freedom in the body and joy in the practice.

DURATION: 45–60 minutes

Gentle
This class offers gentle, slow, and accessible movement suitable for all levels. Thoughtful modifications are always available to support each student’s unique needs.
With spacious, kind, and grounding poses, the practice invites a sense of calm, ease, and connection in both body and mind. No prior yoga experience needed.

Expand
This class is well-suited for students with some prior yoga experience. With a strong focus on alignment and progressive sequencing, each session builds toward a thoughtfully chosen peak pose, allowing for deeper exploration of the physical practice. Students will learn, grow, and connect in a supportive and engaging environment.

Rest
This class is like adult nap time — and yes, it’s absolutely essential. Using restful, prop-supported poses held for 3–7 minutes, this practice invites deep relaxation and total release. Let go. Restore your vital energy. Emerge feeling refreshed and renewed.
Accessible to all levels. No yoga experience needed.

Yomama
Coming January 2026
This class is a refuge, support system, and empowering space for mamas in every stage of motherhood. Led by Nicole Teufel — an experienced yoga mama with a deep passion for nurturing and uplifting women — this community-centered class blends gentle movement, connection, and education. No previous yoga experience is required.
Offered as a separate membership or drop-in option outside of the general public class schedule.

YOKIDS
Resumes January 2026
This weekly club is designed for kids ages 7–12 — a space where wild and vibrant energy is celebrated, and yoga becomes a playful way to explore their world, their emotions, and their connections with others. Parents are warmly welcome to join in the fun, growth, and community!
