Learn about SIA Yoga and the studio’s founder
SIA Yoga’s teaching philosophy is rooted in a deep belief that students are powerful beyond their imaginations and that yoga can help them actualize that power! Our studio uses a complete array of yoga practices in our varied classes, including meditation, breath-work, and blends of several styles of yoga.
Nicole Teufel is the founder of SIA Yoga. She studied consciousness practices since 1996, yoga since 2000, and began teaching yoga in 2009. Nicole has held several designations with Yoga Alliance beginning in 2012: E-RYT, RYS (Registered Yoga School), and YAECP. She has taught over 10,000 hrs of yoga, including 15 Yoga Teacher Training certification programs.
